How Long Does It Take To Receive An Order?
Once your order is placed, please allow us 1-3 business days to process orders. After this, 10-15 business days for the courier.
Will I Receive An Email When My Order Is Shipped Out?
Of course, you will get a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another when your order is on its way!
Do I Get A Tracking Number Once My Order Has Shipped?
Yes! All orders will include a tracking number.

We are currently accepting Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and PayPal.
I Ordered Multiple Items, Why Have I Only Received 1?
Multiple items sometimes arrive from different warehouses. Don’t panic the rest will come!
How Long Do I Have To Cancel Or Make Change On An Order?
You will have 30 minutes to cancel your order once it has been placed. All orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases, we can. Just email us and we will be sure to help you out.
What Is The Refund Or Exchange Policy?
Bikes Store will only issue a refund if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to a damage.
Why Did My Order Get Canceled Or Refunded?
When your order is foreseen to have an unacceptable delay, we cancel the order and immediately refund you. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. In the unfortunate event that our store shows a product is in stock, but it actually is not, you will be refunded automatically. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will be notified and can order again.
Taxes and Duties?
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
